Talking to us, filling in a form or doing the readiness check does not create a contract. We work only under a written agreement, and each phase of work, from Discovery on, is its own agreement.

What you send us

Send only information you are entitled to share. If your idea is confidential, tick the NDA box and we will sign one before you share details. We use what you send to answer you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our content

The texts, images, design and code of this website belong to Sursum or its licensors. You may read, link to and quote short parts of it with credit. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.
