Théo is an engineering leader who has worked at every stage of a startup: as founding engineer at Peec AI, where he designed the first self-service onboarding system and led a full UI/UX redesign with a new design system, and as principal engineer at Kittl, where activation grew over 35% in under four months.

As interim head of engineering at Dutchess Management he led a turnaround of a stalled $500K+ AI platform with a distributed team of 8, rebuilding a 9-month project in 2 months. Before that he was tech lead at MySecondEar in Berlin, growing the team from 5 to over 55 people and moving the storefront to Next.js.
